Hey guys, can you please make sure you clean up any sweat puddles you might have left on the floor. Also please put your water bottles in recycling when you are done with them please. That would be a great help.
P1:
5 sets
5 back squats
7 high box jumps
9 strict pull-ups
Rest as needed. You can increase your back squat and box height during the sets.
P2:
2x800m run
Rest 5 min between runs
