We were going to do some interval work today but since this workout popped up on .com and because something longer was in the works then we are going to hit it. Our very own Garth Prouse has one of the fastest times in the world at this wod at 13:07 ( I believe…I know it’s low 13′s). Anything sub 20 is sick. Finishing your first one at Rx is priority one.
