I would like to get the cubby area cleaned up for people to leave their bags on a daily basis. Please go through the gym and grab any gear you may have left their. Two weeks from now I will donate anything that’s left.

The push-ups will be gymnastics style, full range of motion. For a lot go guys this is going to be a lot harder. I will explain in class.
