CrossFit Winter Challenge:
A one day CrossFit competition to be held in Victoria, BC on December 5th and its hosted by CrossFit Taranis . There are two different class levels being offered. Click the link for more information and how to register and let me know if you would like to join us there. We have a pretty good crew going. If you don't want to compete, we would love to still have you come cheer on the team. If will be a great weekend and after the competition the party begins.

CrossFit Lions Christmas Party:
We are having our Christmas Party on Saturday December 19th at "The Den". Oz, the Duke, Baker, Knightrider and the Murder have kindly offered to have their band play the event. The cost for everyone is $10.00 and all the money will be going to the band. Members are welcome to bring friends and family. The gym will be providing some snacks and a few cocktails for everyone to enjoy but if you care to donate a bottle or a few beers/cider to the cause that would be great. Start Time is 8pm. Hope to see everyone there.
