CrossFit Bootcamp

Beginning January 1st CrossFit Lions is proud to offer CrossFit Lions Bootcamp classes. These classes DO NOT require the CrossFit Lions Element Course and DO NOT require a commitment to the gym to participate (however that is available to decrease your cost per class).

Each CrossFit Lions Bootcamp class is a conditioning focused hour long killer workout. We will apply CrossFit principals to our bootcamp classes with the big difference being that the weight used will be lighter and the technique centric lifts will not be used. We will maximize every hour long class with as much cardio pain as we can pack in.

How is CrossFit Lions Bootcamp different to CrossFit Lions Regular Classes? CrossFit Lions Bootcamp is a great intro into what we do with the full blown CrossFit programming. We do more athletic, broader fitness programming in the CrossFit Lions programming however the CrossFit bootcamp classes will be challenging for any individual and is perfect for those athletes who aren’t yet interested in lifting heavy weights.
