Your one hour, one on one intro session is always FREE!! We will go over the CrossFit methodology and why we believe it is the worlds best broad based conditioning program and what benefits it could have for your lifestyle. This session will give you a chance to check out the gym and your trainer and make sure the “vibe” is right for you. Then you will get a chance to do a CrossFit workout, one that any person on earth can do and be challenged by. This session will be fun and challenging for all fitness levels.
CrossFit Elements is a prerequisite for the CrossFit program.
CrossFit Elements are scheduled as small group training sessions with a CrossFit Lions Coach. The total cost for the three sessions is $190 with discounts available if there are two or three of you for those sessions. To schedule Elements, Contact us. Each session is roughly a hour in length.
The element sessions are designed for the new CrossFit athlete. If you have CrossFitted before at a different affiliate gym then please contact me about skipping the element course. If you have not CrossFitted before but feel like you have a pretty good handle on the movements below you may schedule a evaluation session (its free) where we can determine if you may skip the Element step.

These skill have been selected to assist and develop each clients experience as they begin the Crossfit Program. The skills that are practiced are an excellent way for the student to become familiar with the CrossFit method!
Once you have completed the Elements class or can demonstrate to us proper form and good technique of CrossFit’s foundational movements at personal training sessions, you may join the CrossFit Lions Elite Fitness classes. The groups will typically be larger (6-10 people) and focus on intensity as well as proper execution of movement. Because we run Elite Fitness classes 6 days a week, we can focus more on programming and perfecting Olympic and power weightlifting, gymnastics and improving metabolic condition. Each class consists of a warm-up, a technical portion where the trainer will go over a movement and then the workout of the day (WOD). These are generally between 2min – 20 min in length and can consist of an infinite amount of exercises and movements.
Your membership options are based on the commitment you make to your health and fitness. Please note that drop inns are available to out of town CrossFitters at a cost of $20 per class.
